The mountain hiking trails of Arrábida Natural Park follow a true Mediterranean environment mixing vineyards, cork tree forests and dramatic views over steep limestone cliffs.

In only a few hours, you will experience this special, unique and picturesque atmosphere. You will be involved by an outstanding nature with great ocean views yet not missing the rich history of this, once a Moor state. Arrábida Natural Park is one of the Portuguese jewels and a wonderful place for outdoors.

Transfer to Évora.

This walk along the fantastic «Silver Water» Aqueduct, a 16th century engineering work of art, will reach a beautiful traditional Alentejo country house.

Along the way the small farms and aromatic herbs that grow by the aqueduct will keep you company.

At the farmhouse it’s time to stop for a drink and pick up the bikes.

The return to Évora is made through an easy ecotrail, a traffic free green lane. Downhill, no effort!

Getting in to town we’ll take you through Évora’s unique historical centreand follow the aqueduct inside the city walls, through the narrow and white streets.

As a Fish in Water

In a canoe, explore the calm waters of the river Degebe or paddle across the beautiful Divor lake.

A delight for the senses accompanied by the natural orchestra of the riverside birds.

After a deserved local snack, enjoy the walk along the riverbank where rabbits, hares and partridges live amongst cows and sheep.

Enchanted Megaliths

Join us in our four wheel drive (jeep), to discover the green area of Valverde and Guadalupe, and some of the most emblematic monuments of the region of Évora: the Cromlech and the Menhir of Almendres, the Big Dolmen of Zambujeiro (megalithic monuments), the ruins of Giraldo’s Castle and the Roman ruins of Tourega.

Somewhere under a tree we stop for a bite of local cheese and chorizos and, of course, a good glass of wine!
