Descend the Guadiana River, upstream of Pulo do Lobo, where the river still runs free, from water mill to water mill.

And somewhere along the way a formidable picnic will surprise the palate with the strong regional flavours.

This is an easy canoe trip, no technical skills required, but there are never the less some rapids that will add some emotion for everyone.
